What is jubensha?

Jubensha is a genre of role playing game that offers a complete narrative experience, where every playable character is tightly woven into the plot and with each other.

You become a character who has their own history, fears, goals, and of course, secrets. What awaits you is a web of deception, intrigue, and puzzles to be solved. All jubensha scripts are handcrafted for emotional impact and provide a logical deduction challenge that mystery lovers of all sorts will enjoy sinking their teeth into.

How It Works

Step-by-step guide to character development, including learning about a character's background, actions, and motives by reading a booklet.
Card titled 'Reveal Clues' with the number 2. Instructions to analyze clues and connect dots to catch someone in a lie.
Step 3 of a process: Discuss and Cross-Examine. Achieve your hidden objectives by interrogating others and deflecting blame.
Step 4 of a game instructions: Conclude the game by voting on the murderer and revealing the uncovered truth.
